We are seeking an Operations Support Associate to support our pawnshop operations across branches. The role includes conducting internal audits, preparing audit reports, performing compliance checks, briefing staff, and ensuring day-to-day SOP adherence. You will also coordinate with outlets and HQ to maintain smooth operations and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits at outlets and prepare detailed audit reports
Perform compliance reviews (KYC, CDD, AML, documentation accuracy)
Brief and guide branch staff on SOPs, compliance, and process updates
Review loan tickets, system entries, and customer documentation
Assist in preparing operational and compliance reports for HQ
Coordinate with branches on audit findings and corrective actions
Handle operational administration, reports, and data updates
Requirements:
Minimum Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Able to travel to branches when required
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when needed
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills for staff briefing and reporting
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
