Job Purpose: To lead, manage and develop the business, taking every step to ensure that robust standard operating processes are in place around cash and product file maintenance. To support and develop the store teams to follow the set processes, increase productivity and ensuring the store achieves its key performance indicators.

:
  • Ensure all relevant cash related doc submitted to finance on time
  • Compile, analyse weekly terminal wise KPI and prepare weekly sales or performance report to Head of Operations
  • Fully accountable to review the product files across the terminals twice a week to maintain the accurate stock product files and minimise the phantom and negative stocks.
  • Set up a robust SDS store transfers to DC on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure that I-Changi paperwork trail is filed on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure that weekly UK returns are compiled and sent across.
  • Manage the stores PIM cycle for the year.
  • Take full control of the time and attendance across the operations and ensure that accurate records are submitted to HR on a fortnightly basis.
  • Update the OT tracker on a weekly basis.
  • Disbursement of incentives reward vouchers to the store teams in a timely manner.
  • To lead and ensure that all the Health, safety and food regulations are strictly adhered across the business.
  • Step up as a floating relief terminal executive as and when required as per the needs of the business.
Key Activities:
  • Frequent conversations with store teams
  • Optimise operational efficiency within all stores by ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented
  • Being proactive around processes
  • Financial analysis on losses and shrink.
  • Set and drive store process ensuring consistent delivery across the area
  • Effective leadership and management of store and DC teams
Experience Required:
  • Working knowledge or interest in airport retailing business
  • Proven retail experience in a management role
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and stock accounting procedures.
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Ability to train and develop subordinate\'s skills and ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Investigative analysis of inventory data to identify risk and loss to business.
