Job Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office Sales & Distribution support to business users.
• Update and maintain sales order data for all sales order types in SAP and other databases.
• Update and maintain delivery / service acceptance status and documentation in SAP and other databases.
• Track and monitor the end-to-end fulfilment of all sales activities till payment receipt.
• Prepare routine reports and presentation materials relating to Sales & Distribution.
• Other general administration work as tasked upon.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in any field.
• Able to work and communicate with internal stakeholders of all levels.
• 2 years or more of relevant SAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution module will be an added advantage
• Singaporean only
