KonaCoco established itself in the market in 2018 amidst a wash of fast fashion, poor sustainability and lack of uniqueness. The label has grown into a respected and much loved sustainable yet accessible luxury label winning multiple awards from consumer choice to business excellence. Its designs have been featured in fashion media from the USA, UK, Singapore and Tatler Asia. We currently stock five premium retail locations and a handful of online boutiques, as well as selling direct, and are fast moving into the wholesale market serving Europe, North America and Australasia. We are growing our team and building important foundations for International growth and seek skilled and ambitious individuals to join our gold standard team. KonaCoco needs an efficient individual with solid professional experience to undertake our Operational Support responsibilities to help keep the operations running whilst our management focusses on growing the business

This position will be hired under Career Conversion Program initiated by Workforce Singapore and administered by TaF.tc.

In this role we would need you to take direction from management to:

  • Manage our showroom and everything held within it – to keep it looking clean and presentable, and ensure all stock is stored correctly.
  • Manage diligent and correct counting and recording of incoming and outgoing stocks, and to make the appropriate records adjustments as required, ensuring record keeping is digitized.
  • Develop an operations manual for KonaCoco which documents all systems and processes which help to keep the company running.
  • Undertake data entry for bookkeeping into Xero. Training can be given.
  • Manage all consumables within the company, ensuring all supplies are kept up to date and ordered in advance of their exhaustion. E.g. packaging, stationary, office supplies etc.
  • Be the face of KonaCoco when required and greet and serve end consumers, and partners as required. A retail store shift may be required from time to time, even though we are not retailers ourselves.
  • Help to prepare for stock markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
  • Coordinate and manage pop ups and events as required.
  • Undertake some personal administration tasks for the owner to free up their time.
  • Implement filing and storing systems for the company that can be used as we grow – this includes both physical and digital.
  • Upload and modify data in our digital systems as required. E.g. Instagram, Shopify, MS Office

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2years professional experience in a highly administrative multi tasking environment.
  • Supremely organized and a strong administrator.
  • Technically savvy for basic data entry and digital tasks using MS Office. Training for other systems will be given on the job. E.g. Shopify, Instagram.
  • Driven: Takes personal pride in quality of work as well as individual, team and company growth. Subscribes to the idea of #togetherwerise.
  • Learner: Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings, landscape, brand communications and strategic goals and our operational objectives.
  • Team player: Able to develop great relations with Leadership and teams, as well as end consumers and third party partners. Non-hierarchical. Employs EQ.
  • Problem solving: Speaks up early about issues and proactively finds solutions to issues, proposing various options for resolution for more complex issues.
  • Flexibility: Takes a can-do attitude to helping out with miscellaneous tasks (e.g. serving a client, assisting with stock-takes and stock management where required etc.) in a small yet aggressively growing business to keep the holistic operation running smoothly
  • Must have excellent English.
