Job Description

::We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Operations Support Officer to join Swiss Cottage Secondary School\'s operational team. As part of the support staff, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the school. This role requires an individual who is physically fit, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of school services, including logistics and general support for school events, as well as daily operational duties.Role and Responsibilities:

• Opening the school early in the morning at 6:00 AM.
• Providing logistic support for events, such as setting up tables and chairs.
• Accompanying contractors for defect works and opening doors for maintenance.
• Performing cleaning duties in classrooms and common areas.
• Clearing waste bins.
• Any other operational support as required by the Operations Manager.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM \xe2\x80\x93 3:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
• Friday: 6:00 AM \xe2\x80\x93 2:30 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
• No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Requirements:

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (locals only).
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
• Minimum secondary school education.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a local environment, preferably within a school setting.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must adhere to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) hiring guidelines.
