Operations Support Officer
Job Description
Job Scope:
1. To maintain general cleanliness of the school areas / classrooms and the cleaning equipment used
2. To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carryng and arranging furniture and equipment
3. To escort the contractors and to ensure that the contractors are carrying out specific works authorised by the School
4. To ensure all rooms\xe2\x80\x99 lights, fans and aircons are switched off, doors and roller shutters locked and the school alarm system is armed before leaving school
5. To cover duty for colleagues on early shift from 6.30am to 3.30pm when necessary.
6. Any other duties assigned by the OM, AM and the School Leaders
Job Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in school
- Be physically fit to perform the required duties
- able to communicate in English
- Competent in using common apps in smartphones (e.g. internet browser, Singpass), Whatsapp and Walkie Talkies
- Possess pleasant personality with positive attitude
Working Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays: 10.00am to 7.00pm (inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break)
- When necessary, cover duty for colleagues on early shift: 6.30am to 3.30pm (inclusive of 0.5 hour lunch break)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
