Job Title: Operations Support Officer - Services (Morning and Afternoon Shift)
Contract Period: 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027 (2 Years)
Work Location: 9 Bishan Street, Singapore 579767
Working Hours
Morning Shift - 1 Personnel:
Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 6:30am to 3:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Afternoon Shift - 1 Personnel:
Mondays to Thursdays: 10:00am to 7:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Fridays: 10:30am to 7:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The deployed personnel will be expected to perform a wide range of operational and logistical support duties, including but not limited to:
General housekeeping tasks within the school premises
Carrying and arranging tables and chairs for examinations and events
Providing logistical support for school programmes and daily activities
Supervising external contractors conducting works in the school
Opening classrooms before school starts each morning
Locking and securing the school premises after operational hours
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school management
Note: The role involves regular movement across school facilities and requires physical stamina and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum pass in at least 1 PSLE subject or equivalent academic qualification
Able to converse in basic English
Physically fit and competent to handle assigned operational tasks
Demonstrated ability to work independently and responsibly
Preferably at least 1 year of experience working in a mainstream school operations environment
