- Operations Support Officer
Contract Period:
Base Period: 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
Option Year: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
1. Working Hours
Personnel may be deployed during designated working hours as assigned by the school.
Working hours include a 1-hour lunch break.
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
(Specific time shifts can be included if provided.)
2. Scope of Services
The Operations Support Officer shall support daily operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the school. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Opening and closing of school venues, classrooms, and facilities.
Managing traffic flow, operating school gates, and performing gate duties during student arrival and heavy-traffic periods.
Arming and disarming the school's security system as required.
Performing cleaning duties to maintain the hygiene standards of allocated areas.
Providing logistical support for school events, functions, and examinations, including movement of furniture and equipment.
Supervising external contractors carrying out repair, maintenance, or installation works within the school premises.
Assisting in estate management matters and any other operational tasks assigned by the school management.
3. Qualifications and Skills
The Personnel should preferably possess the following:
Completed at least Primary School education or equivalent.
Prior working experience in a school environment is an advantage.
Physically fit and in good health, with no limitations that may hinder operational duties.
Ability to understand and communicate in simple English.
Ability to understand both verbal and written instructions
