Provide technical support for the company, including desktop, systems, networking.
Ensure the operational readiness of IT infrastructure components, including datacenters, networks, switches, and firewalls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT solutions that meet operational requirements.
Utilize business proficiency in French (spoken and written) to communicate and manage non-English counterparts based in French-speaking regions via calls and emails.
Process and prepare documentation in French.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT support, with a focus on Operations Support System (OSS).
Good knowledge of desktop support, including Windows 10/11 environments.
Experience maintaining IT infrastructure components such as datacenters, networks, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with Lotus Notes (HCL Notes) is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Business proficiency (spoken and written) in French (e.g., DELF B2, DALF C1) to communicate with non-English speaking counterparts based in French-speaking regions via calls and emails.
