Operations Support/ Up To $2200/ Kallang
Job Description
Responsible for the cleanliness of rooms and premises.
Assist the Operations Manager (OM) in basic facilities management and maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs,
plumbing, pest control, etc. Conduct regular checks on facilities and reporting faults to the OM;
Perform gate and traffic warden duties during peak hours to ensure the safety of students, and smooth traffic flow in the
school;
Provide logistic support for special events and daily activities, ensuring the venue/room is properly set up in advance;
Assist in distribution, collection and maintain proper records of miscellaneous items.
Job Requirements
Primary School qualification
Cleaning and logistics duties in school environment
Good team player
Working Hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of \xc2\xbd hour lunch break
- One of the days will be a 8.5-Hour work day, inclusive of \xc2\xbd hour lunch break
Additional info:
- Contract Period: 2nd Jan 2024 to 31st Dec 2024 (Option to extend)
- This is an outsourced role
