Purpose and Scope
As an Operations Technician for the process plants in the Energy-from-Waste cluster, the individual will be part of a team who is hands-on in operating the industrial processes and technology to harness energy from waste, including recycled wood from construction and demolition waste, as well as waste from industrial, commercial and municipal sectors.
This role is based in Singapore. There is no relocation package.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Operate boilers, ensure smooth operation and take daily process log reading Prepare equipment's (isolate and drain/de-pressure Pump, exchanger, fan of others process equipment) for maintenance jobs Collect waste and water sample for lab analysis Able to read P&ID drawing and know the application of KKS Perform LOTO for equipment in accordance to isolation list prepared. Perform basic mechanical maintenance work (eg, replacing gasket, topping up lude oil, strainer cleaning, greasing and other simple task)Qualification, Skills and Experience
Minimum Higher NITEC with engineering / technical background Forklift license and boiler attendance certificate will be an advantage * Possess good attitude and willingness to learn
