Roles & Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise the drivers' performance to meet customers' orders
- Manage fleet of heavy vehicles to ensure availability and serviceability of the fleet to meet the demands of daily operations.
- Plan and allocation/deployment drivers and vehicles and update Transport Management System (TMS).
- Manage and review schedules & routing to ensure cost efficiency.
- Solve operational problems encountered by drivers with customers or related agencies.
- Maintain close interactions with customers to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on drivers’ performance
- Plan continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
- No experience can apply as job training will be provided.
- Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal and communications skills, Problem solving, Leadership, Proficient in Microsoft office
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
