Operations/clinic Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all staff within the clinic. Oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinics to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients. Manage day-to-day counter management, eg answering enquiries through email or phone, following up on appointments etc Plan monthly/weekly manpower manning schedule. Cultivate a positive working environment by promoting employee engagement and development. Handle customer feedback and service recovery in a timely manner. Manage the clinic's facilities, billing system and inventory. Supervise and manage logistics for the coordination of products and vendors. Ensure all clinical and operational KPIs (sales revenue) of the clinic are met or exceeded. Manage and review operation policies and procedures in accordance with organizational and MOH requirements. Work with Doctors to develop aesthetic clinic protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements:



Suitable candidate should possess minimum 2 years' of relevant experience from service industry such as aesthetic, spa, beauty, retail, or healthcare Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service Relevant sales experience in beauty or aesthetic industry Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels Basic PC skills Positive attitude, self- motivated and willingness to learn * Training and uniforms provided
