We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Operations/Fulfilment Operator

to support our logistics and warehousing operations. You will be responsible for handling order fulfilment tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods, and maintaining smooth day-to-day warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and documentation Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international dispatch Update inventory and shipment records using warehouse management systems Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies and handling returns

Requirements:

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment operations preferred Familiarity with inventory and order management systems Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 kg
