Be part of the future of facilities management at Certis IFM.Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Conducting comprehensive user training sessions on the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to maximise its utilisation.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of trusted devices within the operational framework, maintaining their seamless integration into our facilities management systems.
• Leading or assisting in the implementation of IT systems/projects within the business unit.
• Performing rigorous internal audits to evaluate system utilisation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Leveraging advanced digital systems and proprietary tools like the Security+/Mozart orchestration platform and mobile-enabled facility management tools to optimise operations, reduce costs, boost productivity, and foster sustainability.
• Validating data accuracy and implementing corrective measures for new projects.
• Providing expert system support to operational teams to ensure smooth functionality.

Skills & Experience

• In-depth domain knowledge in Facility Management with proven experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with various digital systems and tools utilised in real estate, property, and facilities management.
• Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
• Self-motivation and adeptness at working independently while effectively navigating relationships in a matrix environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent IT/Engineering qualifications.
