Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement precision optical components for vision systems Create and optimize illumination systems for various applications Solid understanding of optical and related mechanical design principles Hands-on optical testing methodologies to evaluate performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Physics, Optical Engineering, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in optical design and system Proficient in optical design software such as Zemax Familiarity with chromatic aberrations, MTF (Modulation Transfer Function), and precision measurement techniques Experience with lighting/illumination system design and simulation is a plus
