- New Hire online training
- On the job training
- Brainstorming an improvement project
- Routine day to day tasks assigned by Supervisor. Routine tasks include but not limited to: Weekly tracking of idea performance, Weekly MRO stock count, Tracking of financial performance for the department, Safety BBS Gemba participation, Monthly upkeeping of metric board etc
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor
- Execution of improvement projects from start to end
