This opportunity is based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

AS A BUSINESS ANALYST, YOU WILL:

• Working knowledge of Oracle Configurations/Setups for R12 E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces.
• Provide support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules.
• Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production.
• Raise Service Request (SR\'s) with Oracle Support to obtain solutions to application problems.
• Provide guidance in data preparation and migration
• Ability to work in a demanding user environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to use analytical techniques to resolve issues and communicate with users on resolving technical issues related to the business solutions in place.
• Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional material to end-users and management
• Document business process solutions.
• Educate and train business users as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 2-year experience with Oracle ERP, at least 1 year of experience in any of Oracle R12 E-Business Suite Modules (OM, AP, ASCP, INV, POS, ENG, BOM, WIP, CST, GL, FA, XLA).
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
• A Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Capability of writing basic ad hoc SQL queries against database tables.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
