Cloud Engineering - Cloud Security Specialist
Job Summary

• Deep Technical expert
• During Sales and Adoption cycles
• Advanced product features adoption

Role and Responsibilities

• Acts as an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions and delivering specialized support in any engagement along the customer lifecycle from ideation through consumption
• Participates in the design, validation, and presentation of a core set of Oracle products, including advanced product concepts and 3rd party complimentary products to showcase how Oracle technology can help the customer achieve a business outcome
• Technically guides and assists the customer at different adoption stages: on boarding, solution implementations, after go live, upgrades, etc.
• Develops and delivers high quality presentation and demonstrations which help the customer in understanding and decision making

• Presents and articulates advanced product features and benefits and overall Oracle solutions and how they help address the customers need.

Skills and Profile

• At least 5-10 years of solid hands-on Technical and/or Pre-sales experience
• At least 3-4 years of Cloud Computing experience
• Broad technical experience of Oracle Cloud solutions along with high levels of experience in implementing and accompanying customers in Oracle Cloud adoption including a good understanding of cloud architecture. The role will primarily focus on security on OCI.
• Customer First Approach
• Deep experience implementing, accompanying customers in security implementation on any cloud platform
• Deep expertise in the focus area: with installation, configuration, administration and development skills for relevant Cloud products and services
• Knowledge of solving or escalating client issues. Pro-active and lateral problem-solving oriented
• Willingness to share own technical and business knowledge with team members

• This role reports to the ASEAN Cloud Engineering Leader

• This role is based in SG/MY.
