Job Description

The CRM Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and operational excellence of the CRM landscape across both Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platforms. This role ensures that CRM systems effectively support business processes, comply with audit and control standards (including SOX), and evolve to meet future needs.



Lead the end-to-end management of Oracle Fusion CRM and Oracle EBS CRM modules, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements across the CRM landscape. Manage and support implementations, upgrades, and system rollouts as part of broader ERP transformation initiatives. Ensure SOX compliance and proper controls are built into all CRM processes and system changes. Oversee day-to-day operations, including incident management, system optimization, and user support. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver CRM projects on time and within budget. Ensure robust integration between CRM systems and other enterprise platforms. * Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the ERP team.
