Role : Oracle IAM Developer

Position : Contract

Duration : 12 Months (Extendable OR Renewable)

Location : Singapore.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle IAM Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level identity and access management solutions.
The role requires deep expertise in Oracle IAM, ADF, and SOA, with a strong track record of delivering solutions for financial services organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements. Perform application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies. Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to enhance user interfaces and usability. Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and integrations. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Oracle IAM components and integrations.
Qualifications:

Strong IT experience, with Good focused on Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM). Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM. Strong expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development. Prior experience working with financial services customers, understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation. Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance tuning. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
