Job Description
- Support integration of Hub applications for overseas branches.
- Deliver Electronic PIN mailer solution to address Audit issue on
- Reset of LANID
- Closeout the attributes for 80+ disconnected applications.
- Support all BAU application Integration.
- Approver workflow changes to allow for requests to be approved
- by the delegated list of approvers instead of just sta reporting
- manager.
- Route users fulfilment requests for action by ID Admin team and
- CSA Admin to different queues.
- Reconfigure lookup tables for RBK and GTD Limits to be at the
- Department level instead of a common table for all OCs.
- Remove CSA Governance from approver workflow for certain
- request types i.e. LAN Folder request, Reset/Enable of
- disconnected applications.
- Enhancement for Full Name in GEM to be prefixed with the
- preferred name when the interface to IDMPlus.
- Enhance approver workflow to provide additional level of approval
- for certain request types i.e. temporary lifting of transaction limits
- and temp stage system access.
- Email ID and LAN ID periodic synchronization with GEMS.
- Address Book in Outlook should be updated only upon users ID
- being enabled for new joiners to login.
- Change in Organization in GEM to sync with IDMPlus.
- Scheduler to generate HRMS return file with the delta of Email or
- LAN id for weekly changes..
