Mycropore Corporation (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mycropore Corporation Ltd in Taiwan is seeking the abovementioned position to manage all international order administration and customer support activities. This position will report to the Sales Director.

In addition, Mycropore products has increasingly obtained design-wins at semiconductor slurry makers, chemical makers and equipment makers in Taiwan, USA, and Europe.
The responsibilities and portfolio shall be as below:
Order Administration / Customer Support
o Experience with International Customer support roles.
ü Able to communicate clearly with international distributors and OEM customers in Korea (email), Japan (email) and USA (email), China (Email, WeChat). Able to communicate with Taiwan HQ via Email, Phone, Skype, and able to use GDRIVE and instant message.
o Knowledge and experience in logistics and freight handling.
ü This job work with distributors to finalize the distributor appointed courier or freight forwarder. Majority of shipments are airfreight drop-shipment from Taiwan factory to destinations countries. (10-15 shipments per month)
o Process and acknowledge international distributor and customer purchase orders, prepare invoices and delivery orders, typically 20~40 line items per month. Arrange local and international shipment.
ü Order administration include entering sales order into ERP SYSTEM, issue PO to HQ Plant, promptly secure lead time from HQ plant and reply the customers with estimated shipment lead time (4 weeks typical, PFA products 8-16 weeks).
o Assist with sales enquiries and quotation (prepared on AUTOCOUNT system and/or excel)
o Attend weekly sales-operation meeting and provide product demand information of new products (on Google Sheet)
o All necessary administrative responsibilities
o Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Monthly Closings with Taiwan HQ / Outsource Accounting Firm:
Able to communicate in Chinese verbally. Able to use EXCEL spreadsheet:
o Run sales invoice listing report (Export to Excel, 20-40line items), submit to Taiwan
o Verify entries in Statement of Account received from Taiwan (Excel, 20-40line items) and submit to Accounts Payable department.
Requirements:
o Proficient in Chinese to communicate with Taiwan HQ.
o Relevant industry experience preferred.
o Hands on experience with accounting software like AUTOCOUNT would be an advantage. Training will be provided.
o Proficiency in Windows Office, especially the use of EXCEL, Google Sheet
o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Independent and team player.
