The position is responsible for providing superior consultant on all activities pertaining to dealerships, customer parts and miscellaneous orders, inquiries, shipments, and complaints as well as providing support to the Dealer Services team in terms of system training, warehouse tour program, standard work write-up and audits.What You Will Do: \xe2\x80\x8bSupport Asia-Pacific dealers inquires by working with different teams.Expedite the supplier schedule with Logistics Planning Analyst and the delivery with transportation team in accordance with current productivity and cost efficiency standards.Monitor the back-order value and back-order age to meet the dealer satisfaction.Work with different functional team include supply chain team, inventory management team, warehouse, transportation team and customs team to support all the inquires raised by dealers.What You Have:Effective CommunicationGood written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates good interpersonal skills.Customer-focus, ensure customer requirements in terms of answer to customer enquiries, order processing, shipping arrangement and documentation are in place.Experience in customer service in logistics industry.Data AnalyticsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP/SPM, PowerBI or Salesforce.Collect required data through various data sources and documents them for evaluating trends and activities.Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other tools to represent the results obtained from data analysis.Problem SolvingIdentifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.Develops alternative techniques for assessing accuracy and relevance of information.Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) KnowledgeExplains basic measurements of operational distribution performance.Describes the role of a distribution centre in the supply chain.Materials Handling and Warehouse ManagementAssists in the responding of and dealing with emergency issues related in materials handling.Collects and translates the business requirements for specifications of warehouse management systems.Additional Info: \xe2\x80\x8bCaterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status; however, as a global company, Caterpillar offers many job opportunities outside of Singapore which can be found through our employment website at .What You Will Get:Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
