In this role, you will navigate our warehouse to locate specific merchandise of multi brands for our online customers and see it out the door.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution and fulfillment of online orders for Motherswork e-store, www.motherswork.com.sg . Responsibilities include picking, packing, put-away, replenishment, order entry and wrapping of merchandise.

• Maintain high standards of customer service for online customers; guide and advise potential customers with the aim of converting to purchase; resolution of customer enquiries and other issues

• Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns; coordinate with warehouse to ensure that online stores are adequately stocked and this is reflected in the system

• Liaise as required with stores and warehouse to resolve delivery issues

• Practice good housekeeping by ensuring all goods are stored neatly and properly.

• Assist in annual stock take count for warehouse

• Fulfil product customization for customers upon request

• Other duties as and when assigned
  

• At least 2 years of related working experience with proven track record in managing an e-Commerce platform.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluency in English and at least a 2nd language

• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

• Results-oriented, resourceful and able to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.

• 5.5 day work week, work location \xe2\x80\x93 Kallang/Macpherson area

• Basic salary + commission
