Job Scope

Order Processing - Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order Build and maintain strong relationship with customers by identifying and assessing customers' current and future needs Timely fulfilment of customers' orders or communication of schedule revision Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time Prepare samples, price estimates and quotations within customer's expectations and timeframe Create work orders for production and replacement work orders if necessary Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection Conduct SAP master data housekeeping Manage inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner Evaluate vendor's performance develop good relationships with reliable vendors Implement feasible improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and/or economy Guides and train Program Administrators (for senior)

Requirement

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
