Overall Responsibility

Ensure smooth and efficient execution of order fulfillment activities, delivering optimized solutions with strong risk control to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the definition and optimization of material movement strategies in alignment with company objectives, and oversee their implementation. Manage the day-to-day order fulfillment process, including order receipt, review, placement, production tracking, and logistics coordination. Handle all fulfillment activities such as order processing, transportation, logistics planning, and import/export operations by working closely with forwarders, suppliers, customers, and the sales team. Ensure shipments are on time, in the right quantity, and at optimal cost. Prepare analytical reports, develop production schedules, and supervise their execution. Maintain accurate customer information records and manage all logistics-related documentation. Perform other assignments as required.

Experience & Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification preferred. Candidates without a diploma may be considered with additional relevant experience. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or related functions. Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese will be an advantage, to be able to communicate with HQ functions.
