Job Description
The Opportunity:Our client is one of the leading commercial vehicle solution provider we are seeking an experienced Order Processing Admin. The incumbent will be processing all sales orders, manage inventory, and provide monthly forecasting.
- Tuas (transport from Boonlay MRT)
- Mon-Fri 8.30AM-5.30PM (with WFH arrangement)
- Basic up to $4,000 + Flexi Bens + AWS + Variable Bonuses
- Processing of sales orders and being a strong support between the salespersons and customers.
- Compile and manage sales data for monthly forecasting and reporting.
- Manage inventory and stocks allocations.
- Ensure that all sales and orders are recorded in the system accurately and promptly.
- Min. 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably working within the automotive industry or handling parts sales orders.
