Order Processing & Logistics Officer ($2500 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Process single machines and project orders in SAP.
- Managing the order to delivery process by working with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and completion of order.
- Maintain data in SAP promptly to ensure order are correct and up to date.
- Work with Project Managers in Singapore/overseas to provide support in terms of order processing and supply chain.
- Prepare Purchase Order to suppliers, obtain the necessary Order Confirmation and monitor for delivery.
- Ensure that all documents relating to projects are maintained completely in SAP & common folder.
- Prepare the Invoices according to Contract and co-ordinate with Sales to ensure collection on time.
- Co-ordinate in arranging the packing list and Bill of Lading (B/L) from Suppliers and prepare shipping documents to customer.
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Transport Management/ Finance/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Order Management / Logistic and Import Process is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
