Job Description

Job Summary:

• Salary details : $2,400 - $2,700

• Working Days and Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8.00am to 5.45pm

• Location of work: Penjuru (nearest MRT: Jurong or Clementi)

Job Responsibilities:

• Check data accuracy in orders before releasing them to the Production Department

• Contact customers to obtain missing information or to answer queries

• Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain and update sales and customer records

• Expedite orders through internal coordination

• Direct important feedback from customers to relevant departments

• Stay up to date with new products and features

• Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Singaporean.

• Min 1- 2 years\' experience in supply chain and/or related industry preferred.

• Familiar with Excel & Word, knowledge of SAP/ WMS will be an added advantage.
