Job Description


The Order Processing Specialist has the responsibility to manage order to cash activities. They are the key link in communication for order/inventory questions. The individual works closely with various stakeholders, third party providers and manufacturing sites to ensure that order is processed and delivered on time. A strong business acumen and the ability to reason through ever changing scenarios are necessities for this position. Taking the initiative, strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are also essential for success in this position. The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company\'s high growth rateMain Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Handles purchasing activities (example, issue and monitor purchase order, data maintenance, stock receiving etc) to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
  • Periodic review with Orders team on delivery commits for all open orders.
  • Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Field Service, Service, Application Specialist and System Integration to ensure our customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs are met and Sartorius\xe2\x80\x99 business practices are followed.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage information and the timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and maintain or update inventory level and ensure proper stock control.
  • Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years related experience preferably with supply chain, operations and customer service knowledge.
  • A good team player who is expected to work with minimum supervision and make decision based on Sartorius policies and practices governing the order management
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Business proficiency in Vietnamese (Oral & Written) will be an advantage
  • Proficient with MS office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP application is advantageous.
  • Experience in international trade/shipping is advantageous.
