Order Processing Supervisor
Location: Kallang Area
Working Days: Mon - Fri, (Alt Sat)
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm | 8.30am - 1pm
Salary: $3,200 - $3,500Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order entry, order validation, invoicing, and shipping, to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to address order-related issues, such as order changes, cancellations, or expedited requests.
• Oversee the daily operations of the order processing department and provide guidance and direction to staff.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure quality customer service is provided.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the order processing department.
• Troubleshoot order processing issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Update receipts of goods and ensure accurate stock records are kept up to date
• Prepare performance reports and analyze trends.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Other projects as assigned by management

Prerequisites

• Minimum of 2-year related experience
• Experience in Sage and supervisor skills will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS office applications
