[What the role is]

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.




You will be part of a team within the Department of Planning, Organisation & Sustainability (PODS) driving transformation and culture change within Singapore Polytechnic.

[What you will be working on]

Assist team in conceptualising and developing staff engagement initiatives Execute these staff engagement initiatives, both independently or as part of a team Conceptualise and execute graphic and web design for staff engagement-related communications, including simple website maintenance and troubleshooting Administrative and logistics support for staff engagement initiatives, including but not limited to participant registration, vendor liaison and ushering

[What we are looking for]

Diploma and above in Communications, Design, Events Management, Marketing or other adjacent fields will be advantageous Intermediate to advanced proficiency in graphic/web design software, e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (applicants with a portfolio of recent work will be considered favourably) Good communication, presentation and writing skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders * Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively
