Responsibilities



Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains. Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with the competency framework and adult learning principles. Conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and support implementation of training initiatives as the key liaison for Business Units. Organize capability-building events and review programme effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.



Requirements



At least a degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications A least 3 years in competency-based learning framework development within structured HR environments. Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
