This OCM Manager position sits within the People & Organization (P&O) team. This role reports to the Senior Director, of People & Organization for BASEA.

The position
As the Organization Change Manager, the main responsibility will be creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption, usage and minimize resistance through education and communications. This role will also be responsible for driving and realizing communications strategy (both to internal & external key stakeholders) which is in line with Business Area priorities.
This role will manage, consult, and coach teams and senior leadership on complex strategic initiatives and projects within the region. Also, will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization.

Major responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Drive the APAC OCM Agenda in the BASEA region, as the regional point of contact for OCM activities, initiatives, and projects. Establish common Change Management frameworks, supporting tools and training including but not limited to change readiness, impact, stakeholder assessment and risk mitigation.
  • Manage, lead, and advise on Regional cross-functional key initiatives and projects to ensure consistency and efficient implementation of change management strategies. Support change communication efforts through design, development and delivery of change communication strategies and plans.
  • Work closely with the affiliate Management team to set direction for the change management aligned to affiliate needs. Support training efforts by providing input, documents required, support the design and delivery of training programs for optimal change management. Ensure continuous roll-out of new/updated modules and features across the region.
  • Ensure change plans incorporate leadership advocacy, stakeholder engagement, consistent communication, coaching, development of training as needed, and reinforcement plans to ensure adoption and acceptance.
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies, which include managing internal and external communications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Physiology, Change Management or MBA.
  • Must have a strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with driving change management, communication, and training for large business transformations within pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical and market access functions.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation project/s with a focus on business transformation, benefit tracking, business process definition, optimization and reengineering is a plus.
