Summary:
- Working Location: Novena
- Working Hours: 5.5days, office hours
- Private Medical Centre
- AWS + VB + Yearly Increment
- Register patients, explain charges, collect payment, schedule follow-up appointments and provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures.
- Answer patient queries through platforms
- Maintain and update quality records according to the standard guidelines.
- Ensure the consultation and procedure rooms are in order and check that all equipment and supplies are available and ready for use.
- Prepare instruments for procedures (if any), assist doctor and clean procedure rooms.
- Support in OT and anesthesia procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager
- Possess valid SNB
- At least Diploma in Nursing
- Must have relevant experience
