Position : Outbound Call Centre Agent (3rd Party Patient Services/Work in Singapore) Location : Bukit Merah Central Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday) Salary(commensurate with experi Position : Outbound Call Centre Agent (3rd Party Patient Services/Work in Singapore) Location : Bukit Merah Central Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday) Salary(commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave Duration : Permanent Industry : Healthcare Main Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills Receivables management General customer service duties Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients Sending statement of accounts Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Good interpersonal, communication and written skills Proactive, committed and self-motivated Positive team player who is also able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel) Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
