Job Description

Our client is a Wholesaler Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Outbound Logistics Leader to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all outbound logistics operations and provide support to the sales team. Maintain accurate data entry in business systems, including sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and stock movements. Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of shipping and export documentation. Track shipments, monitor error logs, and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with shipping companies, transport contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery. Review supplier, forwarder, and warehouse invoices before reporting to management. Participate in logistics cost negotiations and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Assist in month-end closing and participate in physical stock counts at third-party warehouses. Schedule regular meetings with logistics service providers. All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Logistics or equivalent. Min 6 years of relevant experience in logistics function. Faimiliar with SAP system will be advantegoues.
