Handle warm leads provided, engaging existing bank customers.
Promote and recommend insurance products based on customers' needs and profiles.
Persuade, consult, and convert potential customers through effective communication and needs-based selling.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Ensure compliance with bank, company, and regulatory policies in all customer interactions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market developments, and internal processes.
Requirement
Prior sales experience in industries such as telco (e.g., Singtel), IT sales, Mio TV, or any consultative selling environment will be an advantage.
