Sales Commission \xe2\x80\x93 2 to 3%
Car Allowance - $500 plus company petrol card - $500. Transportation reimbursement given if no car for salesman.
Office Season Parking will be provided, if driving or riding
Basic Salary - $3,200 to $3.500 (depending on his experience)
Yearly Performance Bonus on sales target \xe2\x80\x93 up to 4 months max
Normal Working hours \xe2\x80\x93 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales team to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s sales targets.
Follow up on all sales enquiries in a timely manner.
Identify new business opportunities and oversee the launch of new product initiatives.
Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Provide product feedback and necessary recommendations to the R&D team at HQ.
