Roles & Responsibilities:

New Business - Prospect/qualify and secure new accounts with oil and gas operators, contractors, and service companies. Client Relationship

Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with key decision-makers, including Engineers, Ops Managers, and Procurement personnel. Primarily engage in field-based sales but will also assist with Telesales responsibilities when required. Willing to travel for client meetings or ad-hoc delivery tasks when required. Flexibility to participate in business networking events, exhibitions, or trade shows when applicable. Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned to support business operations and growth. 2+ years of successful sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, results-driven and a customer-first mindset. Good working knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage. Ability to understand and discuss technical details of our products/services. Exposure to outdoor sales activities such as prospecting, client visists, and door-to-door engagement will be an advantage. Existing network of contacts within the local oil & gas sector is an asset. . Proficiency in MS Office A Diploma in Engineering is an advantage or equivalent experience. * Competitive Base Salary + transport allowance commensurate with experience.
