Job Responsibilities:

Manage, develop, and motivate Singapore sales channels to achieve company objectives and strategy.
Achieve sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.
Maintain and develop existing business levels while ensuring a constant flow of new business activity.
Respond promptly and professionally to both external and internal customer needs and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
Possess presentation skills and abilities to present to a group of multiple decision-makers in various segments.
Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.

Job Requirements:

Relevant working experience in sales role in related industries or construction background.
Good knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Working location: Ubi.
Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
