Job Description

Looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu, motivate and guide our staff to provide excellent customer service.

• Maintaining the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
• Deliver and present manpower and sales reports
• Suggest and recommend improvements to the running of the restaurant
• Administer and update daily reports, staff rosters, operations reporting and other paperwork promptly and accurately
• Be aware of the current business environment and bring in sound ideas to increase sales, decrease spending, up-selling orders and maximising customers\' spending where possible
• Communicate effectively with the other departments and colleagues, suppliers and contractors to ensure that all information is communicated clearly and follow-up actions are coordinated well
• Responsible for induction training and on-the-job training of new employees and also newly promoted staff
• Appraise employees to reward and assist HR with disciplinary actions fairly

• Min 2 years of Supervisory/ management experience in F&B industries.
• Hygiene certificate preferred
• Able to cope with a fast-paced environment
• Able to work on weekends & Public Holiday
• Strong leadership, motivation and people skills
• Good food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Proven customer service experience as a Supervisor
• Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
• Good team player with a desire to learn
• High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
  

• 5 days/ week, 9 hours + 1-hour break/ day.
