Join a Global QSR Brand as an Outlet Manager in Singapore!

Are you a seasoned F&B professional ready to take the reins of a vibrant new store? Our client, a bold and expanding global dessert brand, is launching its first location in Singapore's bustling Clarke Quay and is seeking an experienced

Outlet Manager

to lead the team.


This brand is famous for its creative twist on classic desserts, including its iconic waffle-on-a-stick. They are looking for a leader who can ensure the smooth operation of their new outlet while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Manage all daily outlet operations, from team scheduling to sales and customer satisfaction. Ensure that food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met. Handle inventory management, including stock ordering and coordination with suppliers. Lead, train, and mentor a team, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work environment. Report directly to the Area Manager and Operations Head.

What We're Looking For:

A proven leader with at least

4-5 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry

. A problem-solver with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results. Familiarity with POS systems and basic Excel reporting. The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. A plus if you have experience with Halal F&B operations or a valid WSQ Food Safety Certification.
