Manage the outlet and ensure smooth operations on daily basis
Supervise and ensure team comply with the company standards and follow SOP to achieve customer service excellence
Responsible in talent development, staff training and orientation for new hires
Responsible for manpower planning for weekly duty roster
Lead and manage the team in achieving outlet\xe2\x80\x99s KPI
Responsible for purchasing and ensure inventory management in order
Responsible in outlet expansion planning, renovation works and execution
Assist in any other operational related projects
Job Requirements
Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
Be a team player
Possess leadership & managerial skills
Customer service oriented and problems solver
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in entertainment industry or related field
Experience in operations duties in Family KTV is mandatory
Comfortable using computers, excel spreadsheet or google sheets for reporting purposes.
Able to commit 6 days work weeks with shift hours, mainly night shift according to outlet\xe2\x80\x99s operating hours Able to commit to work on weekends
