Outlet Location: City Hall

OUTLET MANAGER Roles & Responsiblities

• Manage the outlet and ensure smooth operations on daily basis
• Supervise and ensure team comply with the company standards and follow SOP to achieve customer service excellence
• Responsible in talent development, staff training and orientation for new hires
• Responsible for manpower planning for weekly duty roster
• Lead and manage the team in achieving outlet\xe2\x80\x99s KPI
• Responsible for purchasing and ensure inventory management in order
• Responsible in outlet expansion planning, renovation works and execution
• Assist in any other operational related projects

• Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Be a team player
• Possess leadership & managerial skills
• Customer service oriented and problems solver
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in entertainment industry or related field
• Experience in operations duties in Family KTV is mandatory
• Comfortable using computers, excel spreadsheet or google sheets for reporting purposes.
• Able to commit 6 days work weeks with shift hours, mainly night shift according to outlet\xe2\x80\x99s operating hours Able to commit to work on weekends
