Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers\' needs
Report on health of outlet and implement new ideas
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Evaluate sales and work performance of sales consultants and therapists
Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge
Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
To provide excellent customer service and build relationship with our clients
Follow up consultation with customers of their treatment
To effectively manage daily operation of the outlet
Strive to achieve and increase monthly outlet sales targets
Job Requirements
Proven work experience in sales
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Willing to work on Public Holidays and weekends
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers)
Good leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
