Outlet Sales Manager

Job Description


Job Duties

  • Act as the point of contact
  • Generate new business
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions
  • Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers\' needs
  • Report on health of outlet and implement new ideas
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Evaluate sales and work performance of sales consultants and therapists
  • Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge
  • Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
  • To provide excellent customer service and build relationship with our clients
  • Follow up consultation with customers of their treatment
  • To effectively manage daily operation of the outlet
  • Strive to achieve and increase monthly outlet sales targets
Job Requirements
  • Proven work experience in sales
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Willing to work on Public Holidays and weekends
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers)
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
