Job Requirements

To qualify as an Outlet Manager, you should possess the following:

1. Experienced in retails or outlet operation for more than 3 years and above.

2. Availability to work retail hours - outlet's opening hours

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to handle outlet smoothly.

Remuneration and Benefits

As an Outlet Manager, you can expect:

1. Starting salary of $3,000 - $3,500, with potential increments based on performance.

2. Qualified Manager get quarterly performance bonus.
