, you'll support outreach activities, coordinate schedules and ensure clients are well-prepared for their upcoming sessions.

What You'll Do

Contact prospects and existing clients to arrange meetings and share essential info Support outreach campaigns with simple admin and follow-up tasks Provide clear guidance on what to expect before and after appointments Maintain well-organised schedules, records and communication logs Help streamline workflows with the team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

What We're Looking For

Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree Organised, reliable and good with people Strong communication and service skills Able to handle scheduling and follow-ups with accuracy Background in CS, coordination or admin is beneficial
