You will actively participate in identifying areas for improvement, implementing new processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Plan and manage company's overall outsourcing requirements for archival and bulk printing of reports and statements - You will be responsible for strategizing and overseeing the outsourcing process for archiving and printing reports and statements, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.Perform constant reviews to understand and align company's operational needs with the requirements in managing customers requirement on report and statement printing - You will regularly assess and align the operational needs of the company with the specific requirements of customers regarding report and statement printing, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric approach.Build strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to leverage better customer service, cost efficiency and quality in the delivery - You will establish and nurture strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships to enhance customer service, optimize costs, and maintain high-quality standards in the delivery process.Manage yearly budgets depending on sourcing and maintenance needs by negotiating price and controlling costs - You will be responsible for managing the yearly budgets related to sourcing and maintenance, utilizing your negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and effectively control costs.Analyze and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy - Through careful analysis, you will identify areas for improvement in the overall sourcing strategy, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Manage outsourcing documentations for financial and compliance submissions - You will oversee the documentation process for outsourcing, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements, and submitting necessary documentation accurately and on time.Be well-informed of industry and market trends and best practices in the archival and outsourced printing areas - You will stay up to date with the latest industry and market trends, as well as best practices in archival and outsourced printing, enabling you to make informed decisions and implement innovative approaches.Manage compliance guidelines and regulations in executing OSPAR and compliance reporting to Group Operational Risk Management - You will ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and regulations, particularly in executing OSPAR and compliance reporting, working closely with the group operational risk management team.QualificationsQualification Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar relevant field
• Relevant working experience as an Outsourcing Manager or an Operations Manager or similar field
• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Hands on experience with outsourcing, financial and compliance documentation preparations and submissions.
• Experience in SQL and R/ Python (Or other tools for statistical analysis) and data visualization tools for statistical reporting is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experience.
• Ability to translate complex information into intuitive and visually appealing infographics.

• Proven experience in driving automation and process improvement using Python.
• Hands-on experience with Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, or Django.
• Have a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage issues that surface over the course of work quickly and efficiently.
• Be a team player with excellent consultative and communication skills, proven ability to work effectively with internal and external IT/non-IT stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
• Good time-management skills to manage SLAs and SLIs with vendors.
• Knowledge and working experience with an understanding in data centre key operation functions, including enterprise reporting, enterprise scheduling, data centre operations, enterprise backup, and data centre facilities management, would be a plus.
