Position Title: Customer Service Executive/ Customer Service Officer
Working Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6.18 pm
Salary Package: Basic up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle airfreight and seafreight enquiries from both overseas partners and local customers
Handle and monitor air/sea/road shipments till successful completion
Assist in RFQs from customers and overseas agents
Preparation of KPI reports and customers\' billing overview for customers
Preparation of sales presentation, quotation and proposal
To attend join sales calls with managers or BD staff
Any ad-hoc task assigned
